From Saturday 14 to Monday, May 16 we will be at the first edition of Gourmandia. It’s a new event created by Davide Paolini, the Gastronauta, to be held in the former spinning mill of Saint Lucia di Piave in Treviso. Its a new venture dedicated to Italian gastromiche excellence where artisan producers, chefs, wine, street food, culinary stories, show cooking and debates will combine to make a delicious and inspiring mosaic.
From the first day all visitors will have the opportunity to meet with chefs and ambassadors of Italian cuisine such as Gualtiero Marchesi, Davide Oldani, Iginio Massari and Renato Bosco.
We will be telling the story of our vinegar, of our passion and our dedication for our land and all its wonderful products. It’s the perfect opportunity to taste our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP and our special balsamic dressings. Our acetaia, from the green countryside of Modena will sail to this new landscape to explore.
