The Association of Cooks of Bari, the A.M.I.R.A. and the cooking school ‘The Factory of Taste’ have organized an educational meeting on the ‘Sensory Journey through Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena’. In the two days dedicated to tastings and delicacies, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena will be the real protagonist. And they have called us – because when it comes to disclosing experience, values, tradition, innovation and originality in terms of balsamic vinegar, we like to think that we are reliable partners.
