Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days after delivery of the order. If it’s been more than 30 days since your products were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If accepted, the refund will be processed immediately and automatically credited back to your credit card or payment method you used within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact the credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is officially registered.  If you have done all this and have not yet received the refund, please contact us by e-mail at commerciale@acetomodena.it

Sale or replacement items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted priced items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to info@acetomodena.it and send your item to:

Shipments

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. The time it takes for your product to be replaced may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item with a value of € 75 or more, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing insurance for shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
