How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates can be seen in the cart at check-out by entering the shipping address.
I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?
As soon as you have placed the order, it will be shipped within 1/3 working days.
How long does it take for delivery?
- 24-48 hours in Italy
- 48-72 hours around the world
In some circumstances there may be problems which we cannot control (holidays, natural disasters or weather issues) which could increase delivery time required.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order you will need to contact us at info@acetomodena.it as soon as possible and we can proceed to cancel your order.
I have entered the wrong address!
If you have incorrectly entered your address, or entered the wrong address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide the correct address or send us an email to info@acetomodena.it with the subject CHANGE ADDRESS alongwith your name, order number and the correct address. If the address is incorrect, we can only correct it within 24 hours of the order being placed.
My order arrived damaged
We ship each product protecting it with extra padding. Despite this, it can happen that 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mistreatment by the courier who delivers the goods. If this happens, don’t worry, please contact us with the following information:
- your order number;
- a photo of the damaged product.
Once received, it will be our task to send the product again for free.
